1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China for the period 04/01/2016 through 03/31/2017. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (83 FR 58229) on 11/19/2018, and changes the cash deposit rate for the exporters as listed in paragraph 2.

2. For shipments of certain activated carbon from China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 10/22/2018, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
