1. This is a correction to message 8278309, dated 10/05/2018, to correct paragraph 2 of that message.

2. Paragraph 2 of message 8278309 contains incorrect information about the period for which enjoinng liquidation of entries began. Below is the fully corrected message.

3. On 08/28/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade (the Court) issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries produced and exported by The Navigator Company, S.A. which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain uncoated paper from Portugal (A-471-807) and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 08/26/2015 through 02/28/2017. See message 8242304, dated 08/30/2018.

4. On 10/02/2018, the Court issued an additional SI in this case enjoining liquidation of entries of certain uncoated paper from Portugal that were produced and exported by

- Navigator Fine Paper SA;
- Navigator Fine Paper, S.A.;
- Portucel;
- Portucel Soporcel Fine Paper SA; or
- Portucel Soporcel Fine Paper S.A.

that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Uncoated Paper from Portugal, 83 FR 39962, dated 08/13/2018, and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 08/26/2015 up to and including 02/28/2017. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00192.

5. Effective 10/02/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

6. Additionally, the SI directed that any entries inadvertently liquidated after the SI was signed but before this injunction is fully implemented by CBP shall be promptly returned to unliquidated status and suspended in accordance with this injunction.

7. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

8. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
