1. On 05/09/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in the case of CS Wind Vietnam Co., Ltd., and CS Wind Corporation v. United States (court no. 13-00102). The injunction, to which messages 7131301 and 7132302 dated 05/11/2017 and 05/12/2017 refer, enjoined entries which are subject to the antidumping duty order published as Utility Scale Wind Towers from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam:
Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Antidumping Duty Order, 78 FR 11,150, 11,150 (Department of Commerce Feb. 15, 2013); were entered on or after February 1, 2016; were both produced and exported to the United States by any combination of the following:
CS Wind Vietnam Co., Ltd. or CS Wind Corporation; and remained unliquidated the day upon which the Order was granted.
As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which messages 7131301 and 7132302 dated 05/11/2017 and 05/12/2017 refer, dissolved on August 7, 2018.
