1. On 09/24/2018 (83 FR 48283), Commerce published its final affirmative determination of sales at less than fair value and negative determination of critical circumstances for all other producers and/or exporters. Accordingly, CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation for all shipments of PET resin produced and/or exported by all others (A-580-896-000) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 02/03/2018 through 05/03/2018, and to liquidate such entries without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits or other security). The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.

2. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 1 occurred with the publication of the final determination of the investigation (83 FR 48283, 09/24/2018). Unless instructed otherwise, for all other shipments of PET resin from the Republic of Korea, you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates.

3. There are no injunctions applicable to the entries covered by this instruction.
