1. On 06/22/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a final decision in the case of Hyundai Steel Company v. United States (court no. 16-00161). The injunction to which message 6293301 dated 10/19/2016 refers, enjoined entries which (1) were produced and/or exported by Hyundai Steel Company; (2) are covered by Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the Republic of Korea: Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Final Affirmative Determination of Critical Circumstances, 81 Fed. Reg. 35303 (Dep't Comm. Jun.2, 2016) (“Final Determination”); Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From India, Italy, The People's Republic of China, the Republic of Korea, and Taiwan: Amended Final Affirmative Antidumping Determination for India and Taiwan, and Antidumping Duty Orders, 81 Fed. Reg. 48390 (Dep't Comm. Jul. 25, 2016 (“Antidumping Duty Order”); (3) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 01/04/2016 up to and including 06/30/2017; and (4) remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the day this Court entered this order on the docket in this case. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 6293301 refers, dissolved on 07/02/2018.
