1. On 02/07/2018, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit issued a final decision in the case of Husteel Co., Ltd. v. United States (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court Nos. 2016-2732, 2017-1013, and 2017-1014; U.S. Court of International Trade Court No. 14-00215 (Consol. Court No. 14-00215)). The injunction to which message 4358304 dated 12/24/2014 refers, enjoined entries of certain oil country tubular goods from the Republic of Korea that were produced and/or exported by AJU Besteel Co., Ltd. and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, on or after 07/18/2014 up to and including 08/31/2015. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 4358304 refers, dissolved on 05/08/2018.
