1. On 08/17/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the People's Republic of China (A-570-026 and A-552-994) for the period 11/04/2016 through 05/23/2018. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00139.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which were: 1) produced and/or exported by Ton Dong A Corporation; 2) were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Products From the People's Republic of China: Affirmative Final Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders, 83 Fed. Reg. 23,895 (Dep't of Commerce May 23, 2018); 3) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after November 4, 2016, up to and including May 23, 2018.

3. Effective 08/17/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 08/17/2018. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
