1. On 07/26/2018, in response to a request by Tumac Lumber Co., Inc., Commerce issued a final scope determination that used railroad ties which Tumac Lumber Co., Inc. imports are within the scope of the antidumping duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada (A-122-857).

2. Because the imported product's physical description is covered by the unambiguous language of the scope of the antidumping order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of used railroad ties from Canada, including used railroad ties imported by Tumac Lumber Co., Inc. described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada.
