1. On 07/13/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued statutory injunctions (SIs) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (A-570-053) for the period 11/02/2017 through 03/31/2019. These SIs were issued in connection with court number 18-00087.

2. The SIs enjoin liquidation of entries which were imported by MAHLE Behr Charleston, Inc., or MAHLE Behr Dayton, L.L.C., or MAHLE Behr Manufacturing Management, Inc., or MAHLE Manufacturing Management, Inc., or MAHLE Behr Troy Inc, or MAHLE Behr USA Inc., and exported by Alcha International Holdings Limited and produced by Jiangsu Alcha Aluminum Co., Ltd. The SIs also enjoin liquidation of entries of certain aluminum foil which were imported by MAHLE Behr Charleston, Inc., or MAHLE Behr Dayton, L.L.C., or MAHLE Behr Manufacturing Management, Inc., or MAHLE Manufacturing Management, Inc., or MAHLE Behr Troy Inc., or MAHLE Behr USA Inc., and both exported and produced by Huafon Nikkei Aluminum Corporation.

3. Effective 07/13/2018 (the date the Court issued the SIs), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 07/13/2018. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SIs.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SIs have not yet been issued.
