1. On 07/11/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain aluminum foil from the People's Republic of China (A-570-053) for the period 11/02/2017 through 03/31/2019. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00105.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain aluminum foil which were imported by Proampac Intermediate, Inc., Ampac Holdings, LLC, and Jen-Coat. Inc., D.B.A. Prolamina and were exported and produced by 1) Jiangsu Dingsheng New Materials Joint Stock Co. Ltd. or 2) Dingsheng Aluminum Industries (Hong Kong) Trading Co., Ltd., or 3) Hangzhou Teemful Aluminum Co., Ltd., or 4) Inner Mongolia Liansheng New Energy Material Joint-Stock Co., Ltd., or 5) Hangzhou Five Star Aluminum Co., Ltd., or 6) Walson (HK) Trading Co., Limited, or 7) Hangzhou Dingsheng Import & Export Co., Ltd. The SI also enjoins liquidation of entries of certain aluminum foil which were imported by Proampac Intermediate, Inc., Ampac Holdings, LLC, and Jen-Coat Inc, D.B.A. Prolamina, exported by Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Co., (HK) Ltd., and produced by Jiangsu Zhongji Lamination Materials Stock Co., Ltd. or Jiangsu Huafeng Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. Finally, the SI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain aluminum foil which were imported by Proampac Intermediate, Inc., Ampac Holdings, LLC, and Jen-Coat Inc., D.B.A. Prolamina, and exported by the PRC-Wide Entity and produced by the PRC-Wide Entity.

3. Effective 07/11/2018 (the date the Court issued the SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 07/11/2018. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
