On 06/22/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain plastic decorative ribbon from the People's Republic of China (China) from 6/5/2018 until no later than 10/15/2018, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain plastic decorative ribbon from the People's Republic of China (83 FR 29096).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 8032303 dated 2/1/2018.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-570-076.

4. For imports of certain plastic decorative ribbon from China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 6/22/2018. Effective 6/22/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the following companies:
