1. This is a correction to message 8121302, dated 05/01/2018, to correct paragraphs 4 and 5 and the RE line of that message.

2. Paragraphs 4 and 5 and the RE line of message 8121302 contain incorrect information about company names in paragraph 5, which were already listed in paragraph 4, and company-specific case number digits included in the RE line. Below is the fully corrected message.

On 04/23/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination, preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances, and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of common alloy aluminum sheet from the People's Republic of China (China) from 07/02/2018 until no later than 08/29/2018, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of common alloy aluminum sheet from China (83 FR 17651).

4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7341303, dated 12/07/2017.

5. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-570-074.

6. Commerce found that critical circumstances do not exist for imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from China from the producers and/or exporters listed below. Accordingly, for imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/23/2018. Effective 04/23/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the companies listed below:

Producer and/or Exporter: Henan Mingtai Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhengzhou Mingtai Industry Co., and its cross-owned company: Henan Gongdian Thermal Co., Ltd. Ltd.

7. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of common alloy aluminum sheet from China produced and/or exported by the companies identified below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of common alloy aluminum sheet from China that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/23/2018, which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 01/23/2018, for such entries of common alloy aluminum sheet from China, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following subsidy rates:
