On 05/21/2018, in response to a request by Quality Craft Industries, Inc.'s (Quality Craft), Commerce issued a final scope determination that Products A and B, which Quality Craft imports is within the scope of the countervailing duty order on certain tool chests and cabinets from the People's Republic of China (C-570-057). Products A and B are packaged in either wooden crates or corrugated boxes with packaging marking codes 5607CH, 5611TC, 4108CH, 4111TC, 3608CH, and 3606TC.

2. Because the imported products possess all the physical characteristics of the products within the scope of the order, and are pre-packaged for retail sale as defined by the scope of the order, Commerce found Products A and B to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain tool chests and cabinets from the People's Republic of China, including Products A and B imported by Quality Craft described above, subject to the countervailing duty order on certain tool chests and cabinets from the People's Republic of China.
