1. On 04/24/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 17791) its affirmative preliminary determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Taiwan.

2. Commerce issued its preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Taiwan on 04/27/2018. Because the determination is affirmative, Commerce will direct CBP to suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Taiwan that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 90 days before the date of publication in the Federal Register of the preliminary determination. CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the estimated preliminary dumping margin reflected in the preliminary determination published in the Federal Register.
