Because the imported product is classified under HTSUS 7304.39.00.20 and 7304.39.00.24, and the outside diameter and wall thickness meet the written description of the scope of this antidumping duty order, Commerce found that it is within the plain language of the scope of the antidumping duty and it is not covered by the specific exclusions described in the language of the scope of the antidumping duty order. Thus, Commerce found this product to be within the scope of the order.

3. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of certain seamless carbon and alloy steel, line, and pressure pipe from China, including AEC's AEC Pipe imported by AEC described above, subject to the antidumping duty order on AEC Pipe from China.
