1. On 03/08/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation of polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India (83 FR 9842).

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7305311 dated 11/01/2017.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-533-880.

4. For imports of polytetrafluoroethylene resin from India, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/08/2018. Effective 03/08/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the companies listed below:
