1. On 02/23/2018, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from Taiwan (A-583-854) for the period 05/20/2015 through 06/30/2016. This SI was issued in connection with court number 18-00030.

2. This SI enjoins liquidation of entries which during the pendency of this litigation, including any appeals, from issuing instructions to liquidate or making or permitting liquidation of any entries of steel nails from Taiwan that were imported by PrimeSource Building Products, Inc.; that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Steel Nails from Taiwan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Partial Rescission of Administrative Review: 2015-2016, 83 Fed. Reg. 6,163 (Feb.13, 2018); and that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, on or after 05/20/2015 up to and including 06/30/2016.

3. Effective 02/26/2018, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 02/26/2018. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the SI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this SI have not yet been issued.
