1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China. This amendment was published on 01/19/2018 in the Federal Register (83 FR 2768) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters.

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7227303, dated 08/15/2017.

3. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-570-063.

4. For shipments of cast iron soil pipe fittings from China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 12/19/2017, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:
