On 01/16/2018, Commerce published in the Federal Register (83 FR 2135) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Ukraine (A-823-816).

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7116313, dated 04/26/2017.

This proceeding has been assigned case number A-823-816 for Commerce purposes and case number A-462-830 for CBP purposes.

For imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Ukraine, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/16/2018.
Effective 01/16/2018, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below:

Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 34.98 percent to establish the cash deposit.
