1. On 01/03/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled steel flat products from the Republic of Korea (A-580-883) for the period 03/22/2016 through 09/30/2017. This PI was issued in connection with court number 16-00238.

2. This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which:

a) were produced and/or exported by Hyundai Steel Company;

b) are covered by Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from the Republic of Korea, 81 FR 53419 (August 12, 2016) (final less than fair value determination); Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from Australia, Brazil, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Netherlands, and the Republic of Turkey: Amended Final Affirmative Antidumping Determinations for Brazil and the United Kingdom and Antidumping Duty Orders, 81 FR 67962 (October 3, 2016) (antidumping duty orders);

c) were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after March 22, 2016, up to and including September 30, 2017; and

d) remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on the day this Court enters this order on the docket in this case.

3. Effective 01/03/2017, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. 01/03/2017. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

5. Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
