3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-570-059.

4. For imports of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from the People's Republic of China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/25/2017. Effective 09/25/2017, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the companies listed below:
