On 09/25/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India (82 FR 44558).

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7137304 dated May 17, 2017.

This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-533-874.

For imports of certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/25/2017.
Effective 09/25/2017, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the following companies:
