1. On 09/12/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register its antidumping duty order on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber (ESB rubber) from Poland (82 FR 42790). See message number 7262304, dated 09/19/2017. At that time, the International Trade Commission (ITC) had not yet published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of ESB rubber from Poland.

2. On 09/15/2017, the ITC published in the Federal Register its final determination in its investigation of ESB rubber from Poland. Accordingly, for imports of ESB rubber from Poland, CBP shall suspend liquidation of entries of such merchandise which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 09/15/2017. Further, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the cash deposit identified below.
