1. Commerce published its Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony with Final Results of Administrative Review and Notice of Amended Final Results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the period 02/01/2013 through 01/31/2014. This notice was published in the Federal Register (82 FR 39565) on 08/21/2017, and changes the cash deposit rate for the exporters as listed in paragraph 2.

2. For shipments of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam exported by the companies identified below and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/09/2017 (the effective date of the amended final results of review), the amended cash deposit requirements are as follows:
