2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 7110306 dated 04/20/2017.

3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-560-831.

4. For imports of biodiesel from Indonesia, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/28/2017. Effective 08/28/2017, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates for the companies listed below:
