On 06/29/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-900) for the period 11/01/2014 through 10/31/2015.
This PI was issued in connection with court number 17-00167.

This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which were subject to the final results of the administrative review published as Diamond Sawblades and Parts Thereof from the People's Republic of China, 82 Fed. Reg. 26,912 (Dep't Commerce June 12, 2017) (final results of antidumping duty administrative review; 2014-2015); were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period from November 1, 2014 through October 31, 2015; and were:
exported by Bosun Tools Co., Ltd., and imported by or sold to (as indicated on the commercial invoice or Customs documentation) Bosun Tools, Inc. or Bosun Tools Inc.; or
exported by Chengdu Huifeng Diamond Tools Co., Ltd., Danyang Hantronic Import & Export Co., Ltd., Danyang Huachang Diamond Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Danyang Like Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Danyang NYCL Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Danyang Weiwang Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Guilin Tebon Superhard Material Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Deer King Industrial and Trading Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Kingburg Import & Export Co., Ltd., Huzhou Gu's Import & Export Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Inter-China Group Corporation, Jiangsu Youhe Tool Manufacturer Co., Ltd., Qingyuan Shangtai Diamond Tools Co., Ltd., Quanzhou Zhongzhi Diamond Tool Co., Ltd., Rizhao Hein Saw Co., Ltd., Saint-Gobain Abrasives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jingquan Industrial Trade Co., Ltd., Sino Tools Co., Ltd., Weihai Xiangguang Mechanical Industrial Co., Ltd., Wuhan Wanbang Laser Diamond Tools Co., Ltd, Xiamen ZL Diamond Technology Co., Ltd., or Zhejiang Wanli Tools Group Co., Ltd.

Effective 06/29/2017 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated.
Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately.
Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

Liquidation instructions for entries affected by this PI have not yet been issued.
