1. ON 10/19/2006, IN RESPONSE TO A REQUEST BY SCHOOLMAX LLC ("
SCHOOLMAX"), THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ISSUED A FINAL SCOPE
RULING THAT SCHOOLMAX'S 8"X 10" COMPOSITION BOOK IS WITHIN THE
SCOPE OF THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER COVERING CERTAIN LINED PAPER
PRODUCTS FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (A-570-901).

2. BECAUSE SCHOOLMAX'S 8"X 10" COMPOSITION BOOK MEETS THE
PHYSICAL DISCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE THAT IS COVERED BY THE SCOPE
OF THE ORDER, THE COMMERCE DEPARTMENT FOUND THIS PRODUCT TO BE
WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE ORDER.

3. CONTINUE TO SUSPEND LIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES OF CERTAIN LINED
PAPER PRODUCTS FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, INCLUDING
SCHOOLMAX'S 8"X 10" COMPOSITION BOOK LISTED ABOVE, SUBJECT TO
THE ANTIDUMPING DUTY ORDER COVERING CERTAIN LINED PAPER PRODUCTS
FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA.
