1. On 06/02/2017, Commerce published in the Federal Register its corrected antidumping duty order on certain off-the-road tires from India (82 FR 25598), to address the exclusion of merchandise from a specific producer/exporter combination from the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India

2. Because in its final determination Commerce found that no final margin exists with respect to merchandise from the producer/exporter combination identified below, merchandise from this producer/exporter combination is excluded from the antidumping duty order on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India. Accordingly, for such merchandise, entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 02/02/2017 (the first date of suspension in this proceeding), CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation and to release any bond or other security and refund any cash deposit.

4. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.

5. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 2 occurred with the publication of the corrected antidumping duty order (82 FR 25598, dated 06/02/2017).
