1. On 02/10/2017, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China (A-570-601) for the period 06/01/2014 through 05/31/2015. This PI was issued in connection with court number 17-00026.

2. This PI enjoins liquidation of unliquidated entries of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China that were the subject of the administrative determination published as Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, from the People's Republic of China, 82 Fed. Reg. 4844 (Jan. 17, 2017); were exported by Yantai CMC Bearing Co., Ltd.; were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015; and remain unliquidated as of 5:00 p.m. on 02/17/2017.

3. Effective 02/10/2017 (the date the Court issued the PI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of as of 5:00 p.m. on 02/17/2017. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

5. The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 7034304, dated 02/03/2017.
