On 12/15/2016, Commerce published a final determination that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to imports of certain large residential washers from the People's Republic of China (see 81 FR 90776). As a result of Commerce's final negative determination of critical circumstances, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for shipments from the following companies of subject merchandise that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 07/26/2016 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register). All such entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., return all cash deposits).
