On 07/06/2026, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether corrosion-resistant steel products completed in Thailand, using hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel manufactured in the People's Republic of China are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on corrosion-resistant steel products from the People's Republic of China (A-570-026).

Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of corrosion-resistant steel products completed in Thailand, using hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel manufactured in the People's Republic of China that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty order on corrosion-resistant steel products from the People's Republic of China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry.
Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued.

In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures.
