1. On 09/07/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 61666) its affirmative preliminary determination of critical circumstances in the antidumping duty investigation of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Turkey.

2. Commerce is scheduled to issue its preliminary determination in the antidumping investigation of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Turkey by 09/15/2016 (signature date of the preliminary determination). At that time and if the determination is affirmative, Commerce will direct CBP to suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Turkey that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 90 days before the date of publication in the Federal Register of the preliminary determination. CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the estimated preliminary dumping margin reflected in the preliminary determination published in the Federal Register.
