Ref: Message 5038403, dated 02/07/2025 1. On 08/14/2026, the United States Court of International Trade issued its final judgement in Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd., et al. v. United States, Court No. 25-00002, Slip Op 26-96. As a result of this decision, Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period 05/01/2022 through 04/30/2023. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (91 FR 56126) on 09/01/2026, and changes the cash deposit rate for the exporter as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of pure magnesium from China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/14/2026, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Exporter: Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd.; Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co. Ltd. Case number: A-570-832-002 Cash deposit rate: 23.96% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 4.
