1. On 08/12/2016 (81 FR 53424) Commerce determined that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to certain subject imports from Brazil. As a result of Commerce's final negative determination of critical circumstances, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for all shipments from the following company of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Brazil that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, before 03/22/2016 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register.) All such entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits).

2. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 03/22/2016 occurred with the publication of Commerce's final determination (81 FR 53424, 08/12/2016). For all other shipments of certain hot-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates unless instructed otherwise.

3. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
