Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of tissue paper completed in Vietnam using Chinese-origin jumbo paper rolls that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the AD order on tissue paper from China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
