Commerce has amended the final results of its expedited review of the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada for the period 01/01/2015 through 12/31/2015, pursuant to court decision, for Les Produits Forestiers D&G Ltee and its cross-owned company Les Produits Forestiers Portbec Ltee (D&G/Portbec). This amendment was published in the Federal Register (91 FR 50793) on 08/06/2026, and changes the cash deposit rate for D&G/Portbec as listed in paragraph 3.
D&G/Portbec were excluded from the order, effective 08/28/2021 (88 FR 85225, 12/07/2023).

On 07/21/2026, the CIT issued an order in the case of Committee Overseeing Action for Lumber International Trade Investigations or Negotiations, et al. v. United States, et. al., Consol. Ct. No. 19-00122 (Slip Op. 26-77).
The CIT sustained Commerce's remand redetermination calculating an above de minimis subsidy rate for D&G/Portbec.
As the subsidy rate is now above de minimis, subject merchandise produced and exported by D&G/Portbec is included within the countervailing duty order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada, effective 08/06/2026 (91 FR 50793).

For shipments of certain softwood lumber products from Canada entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/06/2026, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows:
