The injunction to which message 2196421 dated 07/15/2022 refers, enjoined certain entries including entries which are (a) produced and exported by Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd.; (b) that were the subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Certain Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof from the People's Republic of China, 87 Fed. Reg. 9,576 (Dep't Commerce Feb. 22, 2022) (final affirm. deter. of sales at less than fair value); Certain Mobile Access Equipment and Subassemblies Thereof from the People's Republic of China, 87 Fed. Reg. 22,190 (Dep't Commerce Apr. 14, 2022) (antidumping duty order); and (c) entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 04/13/2022 through 03/31/2023. As a result of the court's decision, the injunction to which message 2196421 dated 07/15/2022 refers, dissolved on 02/10/2026. 2. CBP should not liquidate entries that were produced and exported by Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd., subject to message number 2196421, dated 07/15/2022. The injunction with court number 24-00221 discussed in message number 5016403, dated 01/16/2025, and the injunction with court number 24-00219 discussed in message number 5037403, dated 02/06/2025, are applicable to the entries covered by this message. Accordingly, continue to suspend liquidation of entries covered by message numbers 5016403 and 5037403 until liquidation instructions are issued. 3.
