1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the countervailing duty investigation on certain biaxial integral geogrids products (“geogrids”) from the People's Republic of China (“PRC”). This amendment was published on 7/25/2016 in the Federal Register (81 FR 48384) and changes the cash deposit rate for certain producers and/or exporters.

2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 6048303, dated 02/17/2016.
