1. On 07/19/2016, as corrected on 07/20/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued an order of judgment by stipulation in Tri Union Frozen Products, Inc. et al. v. United States (court numbers 14-00258 and 14-00276, consolidated under court number 14-00249). As a result of these orders, the CIT amended its original preliminary injunctions on 07/19/2016, effective immediately, removing the exporter Minh Phu Group, consisting of Minh Phu Seafood Corp., aka Minh Phu Seafood Corporation, aka Minh Phu Seafood Pte, aka Minh Phu Hau Giang Seafood Co., Ltd., aka Minh Phu-Hau Giang Seafood Processing Co., Ltd., aka Minh Phu-Hau Giang Seafood Processing Corporation, aka Minh Phat Seafood Co., Ltd., aka Minh Qui Seafood Co., Ltd. from the list of exporters identified in the original injunctions discussed in message 4322309, dated 11/18/2014 (as corrected by message 4332303, dated 11/28/2014) and message 4330312, dated 11/26/2014. Entries of merchandise from all remaining exporters listed in the preliminary injunction messages identified herein continue to be enjoined.

2. As a result of the CIT's amendment to the preliminary injunction issued in conjunction with court number 14-00258, exports from the Minh Phu Group are no longer covered by the injunction discussed in message 4322309, dated 11/18/2014 (as corrected by message 4332303, dated 11/28/2014).

3. As a result of the CIT's amendment to the preliminary injunction issued in conjunction with court number 14-00276, exports from the Minh Phu Group are no longer covered by the injunction discussed in message 4330312, dated 11/26/2014.

4. However, certain entries from the Minh Phu Group remain enjoined in accordance with a separate preliminary injunction issued in conjunction with court number 14-00249. See message 4301302, dated 10/28/2014. Accordingly, until further notice, continue to suspend liquidation of such entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

5. Liquidation instructions for the entries which are no longer subject to injunction will follow in a separate message.
