1. On 6/24/2026, Commerce issued a final scope ruling that the 61 models of new pneumatic radial light truck tires imported by Transamerica Tire Co., Ltd. (Transamerica) are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on passenger vehicle and light truck (PVLT) tires from the People's Republic of China (China) (A-570-016, C-570-017). 2. Specifically, Commerce determined that the 61 models of new pneumatic radial light truck tires imported by Transamerica are covered by the scope of the orders because they contain an "LT" suffix in their sidewall markings which is dispositive under the plain language of the scope. 3. This final scope ruling is applicable only to merchandise imported by Transamerica. 4. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of the 61 tire models covered by the ruling already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on PVLT tires from China at the cash deposit rates in effect on the date of entry in accordance with message 5324405, dated 11/20/2025. 5. Entries of products covered by paragraph 4 should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
