1. On 07/06/2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued an amended final statutory injunction (SI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain activated carbon from the People's Republic of China (A-570-904) for the period 04/01/2023 through 03/31/2024. This amended final SI was issued in connection with court number 26-02999. 2. This amended final SI adds the amended final results of the administrative review. See message number 6154408, dated 06/03/2026. 3. This amended final SI enjoins liquidation of entries of activated carbon from the People's Republic of China that were exported by Datong Juqiang Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., Ningxia Huahui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Pacific Activated Carbon Products Co., Ltd., Bengbu Modern Environmental Co. Ltd., Carbon Activated Tianjin Co., Ltd., Ningxia Mineral & Chemical Limited, Shanxi Industry Technology Trading Co., Ltd., Shanxi Sincere Industrial Co., Ltd., Tancarb Activated Carbon Co., Ltd.; Beijing Pacific Activated Carbon Products Co., Ltd.; that were subject of the United States Department of Commerce's final determination in Activated Carbon from the People's Republic of China, 91 Fed. Reg. 21,796 (Dep't Commerce Apr 23, 2026) (final results), as amended in Certain Activated Carbon from the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2023-2024; Correction, 91 Fed. Reg. 37,085 (Dep't Commerce June 22, 2026); that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption, during the period April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. 4. Effective 07/06/2026 (the date the Court issued the amended final SI), no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 07/06/2026. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 5. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the amended final SI. In addition, the amended final SI issued on 7/06/2026 replaces and supersedes the SI issued on 05/29/2026 (see message number 6154408, dated 06/03/2026). 6. The amended final SI applies to the liquidation instructions in message numbers 6188403, 6188404, and 6188405, dated 06/02/2026. 7.
