1. On 06/30/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 42653) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Republic of Korea (A-580-809).

2. The Department of Commerce has determined that Hyundai Steel Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai HYSCO and should receive the cash deposit rate assigned to Hyundai HYSCO.

3. We have deactivated case number A-580-809-001, which was assigned to Hyundai HYSCO. We have created case number A-580-809-0011, for Hyundai Steel Corporation. All entries of subject merchandise from Hyundai Steel Corporation should be entered under A-580-809-011.

4. Accordingly, for shipments of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from the Republic of Korea which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 06/30/2016, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate:

Hyundai Steel Corporation
Case number: A-580-809-011
Cash deposit rate: 1.62%

5. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued.
