On 06/20/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination, critical circumstances, and alignment of its final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from Sri Lanka from 08/27/2016 until no later than 10/25/2016, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India (81 FR 39900).

The products covered by this investigation are described in message 6042302 dated 2/11/2016.

This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-542-801.

Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from Sri Lanka from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from Sri Lanka that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/22/2016 which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
Effective 03/22/2016, for entries of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from Sri Lanka from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the following dumping margins:
