1. On 6/15/2026 Commerce published in the Federal Register (91 FR 35957) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value in the antidumping duty investigation of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China. 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 6027403, dated 01/27/2026. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-570-219. 4a. For imports of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 6/15/2026. Effective 6/15/2026, CBP shall require, for entries of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China from the exporter/producer combinations listed below, a cash deposit equal to the antidumping duty cash deposit shown below: Exporter: China-Wide Entity Case number: A-570-219-000 Cash deposit rate: 130.76% 4b. Effective 06/15/2026, Commerce established a third-country case number to allow van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof completed/assembled in Canada to be properly reported as subject to van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China (A-570-219) upon entry. Third Country: Canada Case Number: A-122-219 Producer and/or Exporter: All Others Case Number: A-122-219-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 130.76% 5. For all other entries of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China, the following cash deposit instructions apply: A. For all Chinese exporters of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the China-wide rate. B. For all non-Chinese exporters of van-type trailers and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the exporter/producer combinations that supplied that non-Chinese exporter. 6.
