1. On 06/02/2016 (81 FR 35303) Commerce published its final negative determination of critical circumstances for Hyundai Steel Company (A-580-878-002). Accordingly, CBP is directed to terminate the suspension of liquidation for all shipments of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the Republic of Korea produced and/or exported by Hyundai Steel Company (A-580-878-002), and entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, on or after 10/06/2015 through 01/03/2016, and to liquidate such entries without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits or other security). The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.

2. Notice of the lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise covered by paragraph 1 occurred with the publication of the final determination of the investigation (81 FR 35303, 06/02/2016). Unless instructed otherwise, for all other shipments of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from the Republic of Korea, you shall continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates.

3. There are no injunctions applicable to the entries covered by this instruction.
