1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 37180) on 06/09/2016, the implementation of its Section 129 determination regarding the countervailing duty investigation on certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2008 through 12/31/2008. The effective date of this determination is 05/26/2016.

2. As a result of Commerce's determination, the countervailing duty cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/26/2016, the required ad valorem cash deposit rates have been revised as listed below.
