1. On 06/09/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan (A-583-853) for the period 7/31/2014 to 01/31/2016. This PI was issued in connection with court number 16-00088.

2. This PI enjoins liquidation of entries of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic products that: (a) are defined in the scope of Certain Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Products From Taiwan: Antidumping Duty Order, 80 Fed. Reg. 8596, 8596 (Dep't Commerce Feb. 18, 2015); (b) were entered from 7/31/2014 to 01/31/2016; (c) were either produced, imported, and/or exported by Neo Solar Power Corporation; and (d) remained unliquidated as of 5:11 P.M. 05/26/2016.

3. Effective 06/09/2016, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated as of 5:11P.M. on 05/26/2016. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued.

4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI.

5. The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6117311, dated 04/26/2016.
