Commerce issued message 6091402, dated 04/01/2026, in error. Commerce should not have informed CBP to liquidate any entries during the period 04/01/2024 through 07/29/2024 and 12/17/2024 through 12/31/2024 because these entries are subject to a court injunction against liquidation. See message 5086403, dated 03/27/2025. Therefore, the information contained at the RE line and paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 incorrect. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 03/25/2025, the CIT enjoined liquidation of entries that were: produced and/or exported by Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila S.A. (including the following cross-owned companies: Manesil S.A., Mansel S.A., Produmar S.A., Egidiosa, S.A., and Tropical Packing Ecuador S.A.); Sociedad Nacional de Galapagos (including the following crossed-owned companies: Naturisa S.A., Holding Sola & Sola Solacciones S.A., and Empacadora Champmar S.A.), and all other producers/exporters that were covered by the final determination in Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Ecuador: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, 89 Fed. Reg. 85,506 (Dep't Commerce Oct. 28, 2024) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period 04/01/2024 through 07/29/2024 and 12/17/2024 through 12/31/2024.
