This is a correction to message 6091402, dated 03/27/2025, to correct the RE line and paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of that message.

Commerce issued message 6091402, dated 04/01/2026, in error. Commerce should not have informed CBP to liquidate any entries during the period 04/01/2024 through 07/29/2024 and 12/17/2024 through 12/31/2024 because these entries are subject to a court injunction against liquidation.

Therefore, the information contained at the RE line and paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 incorrect.
Below is the fully corrected message.
3. On 03/25/2025, the CIT enjoined liquidation of entries that were: produced and/or exported by Industrial Pesquera Santa Priscila S.A. (including the following cross-owned companies: Manesil S.A., Mansel S.A., Produmar S.A., Egidiosa, S.A., and Tropical Packing Ecuador S.A.); Sociedad Nacional de Galapagos
(including the following crossed-owned companies: Naturisa S.A., Holding Sola & Sola Solacciones S.A., and Empacadora Champmar S.A.), and all other producers/exporters that were covered by the final determination in Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Ecuador: Final Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination, 89 Fed. Reg. 85,506 (Dep't Commerce Oct. 28, 2024) that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption, during the period
04/01/2024 through 07/29/2024 and 12/17/2024 through 12/31/2024.
