1. On 05/04/2016, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that critical circumstances do not exist with respect to certain PET resin from India. As a result of the ITC's negative determination of critical circumstances, CBP should terminate the suspension of liquidation for all shipments of certain PET resin from India that were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 10/15/2015 (the date of publication of Commerce's affirmative preliminary determination notice in the Federal Register). All such entries should be liquidated without regard to antidumping duties (i.e., refund all cash deposits).

2. Notice of lifting of suspension of liquidation of entries of merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption before 10/15/2015, occurred with the publication of the ITC's final determination of its investigation (81 FR 26832) on 05/04/2016. For all other shipments of certain PET resin from India, continue to collect cash deposits of estimated antidumping duties for the merchandise at the current rates unless instructed otherwise.

3. The interest provisions of section 778 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, do not apply.
