On 05/14/2026, (91 FR 27264) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from the Republic of Korea (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023.

As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for one company.
Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/14/2026, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.

POSCO Co., Ltd.; POSCO Future M Co., Ltd.; POSCO Holdings Inc.; POSCO Mobility Solution Co., Ltd.; POSCO M-Tech Co., Ltd.; POSCO Nippon Steel RHF Joint Venture Co., Ltd.

Note to CBP: POSCO International (aka POSCO International Corporation) has not been included in these instructions. As stated in the Federal Register notice dated 9/11/2025 (90 FR 44022), POSCO International (aka POSCO International Corporation)'s entries should be suspended at the cash deposit rate that is assigned to the producer of the subject merchandise specific to the entry at issue.

These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice.
Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued.
